The midwest division 2’s are not to be overlooked at all. When people think of the midwest they think of the regular powers that are the d1 powers that are the Wabash Valleys, Iowa Westerns, John A. Logans, ext. That though does not mean that the D2 schools are just as impressive.
Madison has been the dominant force over the last few years. Kankakee won a National Title in 2017, with other schools knocking on the door of the national stage for the past few years.
This year looks to be a lot of the same with a few schools that have been on the bottom half of the region usually looking to make a big jump this year.
