And here we are the first update to the National Top 25! Back to what this whole adventure started as!
Division 1
#1 Wabash Valley (Prev. #2)
Wabash Valley takes the #1 Spot. They started the season in Week 4 and have come out swinging!. They a 7-1 with the only loss coming to Gordon State who at the time were ranked #17. Other than the one loss and a 4-2 win over Wallace State, None of these games have been even remotely close. Wabash has a legit chance to stay at this #1 spot for a while with their upcoming schedule looking fairly easy until you get to the end of March.
#2 Central Arizona (Prev. #24)
Central Arizona started the season at #24 and proved very fast that that is not where they belong. Winning their first 12 games and sitting at 12-0. They currently have a Double Digit margin of victory over their opponents this season with wins over Colorado Northwestern, Salt Lake, GateWay, and Paradise Valley. The month of March is going to provide a lot of challenges for the Defending National Champs.
#3 Walters State (Prev. #5)
Walters State’s lone loss is to Chattanooga State in a 4-0 loss but other than that they have provided a lot of Offensive power. They have scored 153 runs in their 12-1 season so far and currently sit 2nd in the country in Home Runs with 22. Not to be out down so far this season their pitching staff currently is second in the country with 4 shut outs.
#4 John A. Logan (Prev. #4)
John A. stays put at #4. They started off the season 9-1 with a lone loss to Top 25 Newcomer Chattahoochee Valley back in Week 5. The Vols seem to have picked up right where they left off last year after a quick start.
#5 San Jac (Prev. #10)
Jumping into the top 5 this week is San Jac. They currently boast a 14-5 Record. Those 5 Losses however are as quality as losses as you can get (Baton Rouge, Howard, Former #3 McLennan, and Former #12 Chipola and Alvin.). To go with that they have 3 Wins over then #12 Chipola, 2 wins over #7 Grayson. The Gators are a young team that from top to bottom their offence has proven they can compete with the best.

Division 2
#1 LSU-Eunice (Prev. #1) 13-0
Do we really need to say anything here? 13-0. Scoring double digits in all but 2 games. Allowing more than 6 runs once (13-12 Win over NAIA Power LSU-Alexandria). 3 Shut-Outs. We both said LSU-Eunice might not lose a game this season and so far they look like they can put the 2009 Howard Record to the test.
#2 Pearl River (Prev. #2) 10-2
Pearl River has started hot and their only two losses have been not to sound repetitive but “Good quality Losses” With Splits with Then Ranked #14 Jones and #16 Meridian. Other then that they have handed it to everyone they have faced.
#3 Meridian (Prev. #16) 10-2
Meridian started the season at #16 and have so far proved that they should be ranked much higher. Starting with the Sweep of then #14 Jones then another sweep of #7 Hinds. The only losses they have on the season are to #2 Pearl River, and to East Central (This past week).
