2020 Non-Drafted Free Agent Signees with a Juco Tie
With the new rules attached to the Major League Baseball draft, nondrafted players can sign free-agent deals with professional clubs for a maximum bonus of $20K. And as many know not many teams will take Undrafted Free Agent Signees straight out of Junior College.
However, that does not mean that there is not any former Junior College Standouts that signed free agent deals so far this year!
This list will be updated as we get more ect. but here is what has happened so far this time around!
Leading the way is a combination of teams. Chipola, Howard, Jefferson (MO), Spartanburg Methodist, and Walter State lead the way with 2 former players signing contracts in the recent weeks.
Including those 5 schools, 33 different schools have former players signing contracts.
