The Jaw Bat Series of the Week (4/20-4/22)

After a few weeks off the Jaw Bats Series of the Week is back, and this may be one of the biggest of the year. Putting one of the Best Pitching Teams in the Country against one of the Best hitting Teams in the Country. Both teams have a 40-10 Recording coming into the weekend. Both have been ranked nationally, both have been in the Top 5 at different times and both currently are in the Top 10.

Those two teams are #3 South Mountain (40-10) and #6 Central Arizona (40-10).

To add to this series both these teams play in an All wood bat league and are still putting up impressive numbers.

For South Mountain, it has been one of their best seasons in recent years drawing a lot of comparison to their last trip to Grand Junction in 2005 where they finished 6th.
